We’ve all heard about raising our consciousness, resonating at a higher frequency, or a positive energy state – but what does this mean?
When you’re feeling low, depressed or generally in a negative state, your energy levels feel low, your mood feels heavy, and you struggle to have enough energy to do anything. This is because in those negative energy states, you’re resonating at a lower frequency (in scientific terms, this means you’re resonating with fewer waves of energy per second), so your whole system feels sluggish and drained, and you feel disconnected and unhappy.
On the other hand, when you’re feeling good, connected and positive, you’re resonating at a higher frequency (more waves per second), and you feel uplifted, energetic, happy and like you can do anything!
Which types of energy are you putting out when it comes to your manifestations?
Are you trying to manifest more wealth, good luck, a better job, a soulmate or something else good into your life, but at the same time, you’re resonating with lower energy levels?
Any thoughts or feelings you have during or around the same time that you’re stating, writing and visualising your manifestations will impact the energy attached to your manifestations.
Those little fears, doubts and insecurities like ‘I don’t really believe my manifestation because nothing good ever happens for me’, or ‘I’m not lucky’, or ‘I don’t deserve more than I’ve got’, or ‘I don’t need more’ (which is another form of telling yourself that you’re settling for what you’ve got because you don’t believe your life will ever change for the better) will lower your energy state and essentially delay or even push away your manifestations. That’s why those thoughts and feelings are called limiting beliefs.
This can then become a dangerous vicious cycle, with the fact that your manifestations haven’t materialised (yet) giving your subconscious mind more evidence and reason to believe the same doubts and insecurities. In other words, you see nothing happening, so you believe even more strongly that it won’t happen for you, nothing will ever change for you, or you don’t deserve something better.
To ensure they work, should you visualise your manifestations only when you’re feeling good or happy?
Unfortunately it’s not that simple because if your doubts, fears and insecurities are there for most of the time, even if just in the background so you hardly notice them, then your generally low energy state will act like a barrier to those manifestations becoming real.
It’s the difference between wishing for something better when you generally feel down, versus knowing it will happen because you generally feel good.
Does this mean that unhappy people cannot manifest something better into their lives?
Anyone can manifest positive things, but in all likelihood, you will first need to work hard on raising your state of consciousness, so that you resonate with a sense of joy, gratitude and purpose for most of the time.
What’s the answer when it comes to manifestations then?
There is no magic bullet or quick fix. When you’re trying to manifest a better life for yourself and those you love, you’re interacting on a soul level with everything in the universe – and how you communicate is through your energy state.
In order to reach a generally raised state of consciousness, a place of happiness and a sense of interconnectedness, you’ll need to dig deep to discover your unique purpose, push through your limiting beliefs, take actions aligned with your soul’s purpose, and experience true gratitude.
It takes time to understand, work through and transform how you interact as a living being and soul in this creation, but little by little, as you experience alignment and greater joy, you’ll find manifesting comes more naturally and easily.
